Smarty Schoolwear Ltd aims to have all orders ready for dispatch or collection within 48hrs of the order being placed. If in the unlikely event an item(s) purchased is/are not in stock, an email will be sent to the customer with an estimated dispatch or collection date.
If the estimated dispatch/collection date is not acceptable to the customer, the item(s) can be cancelled via email and a full refund for those item(s) shall be provided.
In August/September, due to the high volume of orders, processing of orders may take 2-3days longer, however an email will be sent to the customer informing them of any delays.
The customer can log-in to their account on the website to see the status of their order
